Sister began a ministry in education in 1960, and transitioned from grade school to religious education in 1974, designing faith formation at all levels for children and adults. She served as a Director of Religious Ed at parishes in MI and MN while continuing to pursue Theological studies. She was later honored to serve as an advocate/canonical advisor at the tribunal in the Diocese of St Paul/Minneapolis.
Earthly Music to her Soul: Mozart, purple irises, John Henry Newman, Vermont Fudge, Les Misérables, Carbonara, C.S. Lewis, poetry and animals.
Sr. Ellen on her 60th Jubilee in 2021.
