Sister’s ministry in early childhood education spanned 33 years in Catholic schools in OH and MI. Trained in Montessouri-style teaching, Sister taught Pre-school and Kindergarten at the St. Francis Education Center in Sylvania from 1973-1984, then served as Principal until 1987. She continuted teaching until 1997. Since then, she’s ministered as a Pastoral Associate for Our Lady of Loretto Parish in Redford, MI.
‘The years rush by like water over rocks, polishing us to beautiful perfection.’ “Time moves on faster than we would like,” Sister reflects, thanking God for calling her to ministries that wove so many wonderful people into her life. She reminds of us Psalm 139: It was You who created my inmost self, and put me together in my mother’s womb; for all these mysteries I thank you: for the wonder of myself, for the wonder of your works.
