In 1948, Sister began a quarter of a century in the ministry of education as a teacher and Principal, serving in MN and OH. After a sabbatical, she was persuaded to move to Texas in 1987, where she served as the Director of Mission Integration until returning to the Motherhouse 2008 to serve in the same role at Rosary Care Center.
