Ministries:
Sister served in the ministry of education at various levels from elementary to university for 25 years, including ten at Cardinal Stritch and three at Lourdes. Sister served under Bishop Hoffman at the Toledo Diocese between 1987 and 1995, during which time she worked also as historian and archivist for the Community, authoring “Ventures for the Lord” in 1990. She next turned to Pastoral ministry, serving in IN and MN between 1996 and 2007. Mission Integration took Sister to Providence Care Center in Sandusky until 2017, when she returned to the Motherhouse in that role for Rosary Care Center. Sister currently serves as Director of the Regina Spirituality Center.
“Scripture is my love; History is my intellectual hobby,” Sister says, with a nod of appreciation to her mother. “I learned commitment from my mother who wasn’t Polish – nor Catholic. It was she who made sure my brother and I attended Catholic school and made it to Mass when we were supposed to,” Sister says.
