In 1963, Sister began teaching grades 1 – 6 in OH and MI. She transitioned to Pastoral Care in 1983, serving in Toledo, Detroit, Sante Fe, Ann Arbor and Bloomfield Hills. She returned to the Motherhouse in 1999 and pursued her passion for the arts, serving as Sylvania Franciscan Art Curator until 2012.
Colorful Messages: Sister gives voice to her Franciscan love of creation through lush abstract floral watercolors, richly pigmented trees rendered in oil and a myriad of other forms that celebrate the beauty that surrounds us and that which comes from within.
