Meet Sister Ritamary Pyzick, OSF

Ministries:
Sister taught grades 1-3 from 1960-1972 and sixth grade from 1972-1988 in MI, OH and MN. She transitioned to pastoral ministry, serving the St. Raphael Parish in Garden City, MI for almost 25 years. Sister returned to the Motherhouse in 2011 and, from 2014 -2021, served at Sophia Counseling Center as support staff.
So much gratitude. From her gentle loving family in Wells, MN, to her Sylvania Franciscan teachers at St. Casimirs (Sister Alma in particular), and from her joyful Community of Sisters to the warm extended family she found in Garden City, MI, Sister is deeply thankful to God for her blessings. She shares a prayer she penned in High School: Lord Jesus, In the Blessed Sacrament of the altar, I adore you, Bless you, Glorify you, Love you, Praise you – And – I thank you. Amen.
